We are residential real estate firm in California. We need clean, sophisticated and industry oriented logo for our business.
Not sure if I need a logo in addition to the design of just the word Mallince. "Real Estate Services" or "Real Estate" can be added. The design has to translate well to the size of a yard sign in front of a home, which is where it will be seen 90% of the time. I would like it to be easily recognizable when driving by and from a distance. Also would like it to work on letterhead and business card size.
