hi Creativealys,
#5 Excellent Design

APPEARANCE
In terms of appearance, the design is almost there.
Just a few things here and there to make it spectacular.
This a purely online flier so we should not be afraid to experiment with colors/styles etc.

My suggestions as to appearance:

Top—you may create some kind of mirror effect at the top below the city landscape. Do not create full mirror with the building facing upside down (no)—just a little at the foot. Will make it look more current and fun.
Middle (registration options and Roundtables) is dull.
You may hollow out the middle a little bit, it will add style, may even create more space.
The font color can be livelier.
The background color can be lighter
The bullets for the roundtables can better—(how about using leaf shapes)
The background of where the round table should have something—silhouette of a round table? People in a round table? Some kind of graphic watermark can make it more dramatic.

#4
Findings, conclusions……can be smaller.
“REGISTER TODAY! LIMITED SEATING” Should be not just bigger, but bold (should stand out) and should be on the left as the heading of the various registration choices.

Registration choices:
The size heading such SPECIAL EARLY BIRD can remain as it is—but the words below them such as “Cost $139…”.can be smaller in size.
This will enable to create more space as we are to insert the photos of 5 or more speakers. Photos of speakers will be ready in 24 hours.

The bottom is good generally
The steps don’t look like the steps anymore. They should look as they looked in #2. We can put the speaker photos on the steps.
Finally, the color at the bottom, bright red may be better than dark red.
Add at the bottom left small letters

Re--roundtables, actually there are about 20 roundtables, but we are just highlighting key ones.
The question back to you is if the output can be also digital so that the links are click-able.

I have a question, About the round tables, Is it better to follow the source on the website or the attached text? I think you need to make the round tables clear on the point since there are more than 10 roundtables.

thank you

#3, hi good effort. We like the frame you created in #2. A bright background is better than a dark background. 1. Using graphics creates more sharp message. For example round tables--can w have something Representative roundtables?--like interlocking cycles for example? 2. On the addresss of the venue, please use this format:
APRIL 14-15, 2012
BOSTON, MA. USA
Venue: Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham
420 Totten Pond Rd Waltham MA, USA 02451

3. This statement can be as small as possible and should be the last --at the very bottom:
KDDC aims to give Kenyan Diaspora members a rallying point for mutual self advancement through cooperative ventures aimed at enhancing sustainable development in Kenya. KDDC'S Mandate is to serve the interests of all Kenyans in the Diaspora globally. KDDC is registered as a non-profit in the United States since December 22, 2011.

4. This quote should be the second last at the bottom and can be as small as possible:You can precede the quote with these words:
The summit will examine and synthesize good practices, such as: "An ‘Incubator Park for Returned Scholars’ in Shanghai offers eight supporting treatments: e.g., the use of a 10,000 m3 workshop for two years rent-free or for sale at a ‘preferential’ price, 50% tax rebates, low interest loans from a development fund, and an undertaking that the park will cover all costs ‘including transport, communication, accommodation and meals . . . [during] . . . the process of project negotiation’- “Concept Note, Mobilizing the African Diaspora for Development,” September 7, 2007, African Development Bank.
5. The word Collaborative at the bottom: should be double L.
