Hello Everybody,

Designs are great but we really need to see the two "Separate Layouts"

One for JSC Properties

One for JSC Rentals

The companies while related are separate companies therefore we need to see the layouts with just Properties or Rentals, not both.

Obviously taking the extra word out will significantly change the look, feel, and weight of the design so please keep this in mind when doing and reworking your designs.

As you design, keep in mind that this is a template logo for both JSC companies. It will not appear as JSC Properties & Rentals. It will appear as JSC Properties or JSC Rentals individually. Thank you to everyone who has already shown us both views. This helps a lot.

We are not exactly sure Pixmo. That is why we are going through this process.
Tend to like primary colors and bold greens/blues, gold/silver, but a lot of it depends on the design.

Sorry I forgot to put in job. i really feel simple is better. Think apple style logos. Here is a link that gives some great design examples.

Think simple, clean, elegant, stylized. Something that communicates that the customer is special for working with us,

#23 & #24 nice text looks a little plain.
18-21 like tho homes, everything else is kind of flying around, lots of arrows. Not sure those elements are adding anything

12 & 8 are the leaders so far. All the ideas are creative but I would encourage everyone to look at how the logo will translate into different media's. will it look good small on a business card or larger on a shirt or even a banner.

Like all the new ones coming in!!! They do need to be 2 separate logos though. One for rentals and one for properties. They can be the same except for switching out that word or can be a little different.
