Hi lizacrea, thanks for your design! I'd prefer the 'NGE' graphically mostly untouched. How about a couple very simple versions with text only: 1) a version very similar to #29, just with the NGE as text all in purple, with 'Management Consulting' below just as suggested. 2) The NGE letters as text only, but with 'Management' and 'Consulting' in two rows below, both exactly as wide as NGE above.
