I'm glad that You appreciate my work.
All the steps You can read in FAQ section from main menu at 110designs.com. I copied the most important in here:

"How can I choose the contest winner(s)?

To choose the winner(s) of your contest you need to select Design Nominees first. To select design nominees, click on Nominate link below the design thumbnail on your contest page, when that link changed to Denominate, it means that you have selected that design as one of your design nominees (if you want to denominate the design, simply click on Denominate link). After you select the design nominees, go to Design Nominees page by clicking on View Design Nominees, you will be able to select the winner(s) of your contest there."

Then on my account page on 110design.com will be shown an upload form through which I could upload all the design files You want.
Next, if You accept the files You have to confirm that in Your account page, and the prize is transferring to me.

So in short brief:
1. Nominate my design.
2. Select my design as winner.
3. I'm uploading files.
4. You confirming.

I will send You logo in Illustrator (.ai) and EPS format. If You want other formats or You have any questions, just write to me.
