The target audience are home owners associations, property managers, community associations, maintenance supervisors, facilities managers, HOA board members, hotel managers, commercial building managers.

This trifold brochure will be left behind with various managers to keep and hopefully call us when they have work. We do most types of construction work so we dont want to be so specific that we exclude ourselves from certain types of work.
